Which surfactants are permitted according to the NaTrue criteria?

Certain surfactants are permitted which - on the basis of renewable resources – result from specific approved chemical reactions. What is important here is that the number of chemical reactions is kept to a minimum. Thisese for instance, may lead to the following typically approved surfactants: cocosulphates, cocoglycosides and cocoglutamates.
