How can I find out whether a raw material which is not yet listed in Annex 3 corresponds to the definition of a derived natural substance?

These questions are dealt with by the NaTrue scientific committee (inquiry using contact form) also independently of a concrete product certification. Inquiries of this nature are handled and answered within a maximum of two weeks (if all necessary documents are available). The NaTrue expert committee Natural Cosmetics requires detailed information about the manufacturing process of the corresponding raw material in order to be able to carry out an appropriate expert examination.
